Sini specialises in corporate and commercial disputes. She has gained experience from complex domestic and cross-border disputes and enforcement proceedings. In addition, Sini advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and corporate taxation related issues. Sini graduated from the University of Turku in 2022. During her studies, Sini worked in a Turku based firm for 2,5 years as Assistant Legal Counsel advising clients especially on tax and general corporate matters. Prior to her graduation, Sini spent one semester studying law at the University of North Georgia in the United States.
